We have a modern production unit with state-of-the-art machinery and tools to design high-quality single-cylinder floor springs, glass brackets, sliding doors and window rollers, EC range mortise locks, sliding door bolts, stainless steel cabinet pull handles, etc. Our high-tech anodizing and chilling plant is located at Narela Industrial Area, New Delhi, India, over an area of 7350 sq ft. Our high-end production facilities have enabled us to be a leading name in colour anodizing. The unit ensures a production capacity of 2 lakh units, approximately per month, of products that ensures to meet small as well as bulk demands of the clients on time.
Technical Specifications
NU-LITE Aluminium Anodized Door as well as Window Fittings are designed using high-grade aluminium extruded sections as per IS:64430, IS:63052, IS:63400, and IS:733/1987 standards. Our array of door and window fittings is manufactured using high-grade chrome-nickel, stainless steel, and rod alloy grade SS 304 (X07CR18NI9) according to IS:6911:1992, and screw holes as per IS:6760:1972. Strict quality tests are conducted by qualified engineers as per the Scheme of Testing and Inspection (STI) as laid down by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). In addition, the thick anodic coating on aluminium door and window fittings is done as per IS 1868.

- 2015: Panic Bar, Ball Bearing Hinges, and SS Pull Handles are fire-rated as per BS 476 Pt 20 and 22 and IS 6314 for 2 hours.
- 2015: The company received ISO 9001-2008 certification on quality management systems and CE certification.
- 2011: A Cu+ certificate was attained on antimicrobial copper hardware.
- 2011: Builders hardware in antimicrobial copper CU+ was introduced for the first time in India to be used in hospitals and allied institutions.
- 2006: SS door window fittings were designed according to 304 and 316 grades.
- 2002: The Nu-Lite hydraulic hinge (hinge cum door closer) was considered the most innovative hardware product under the R&D category by the Government of India for the National Award.
- 2001: Nu-Lite celebrates its 25th Silver Jubilee year by launching a modern electro-colouring plant at Narela Industrial Estate.
- 1995: Revived BIS licence on butt hinges
- 1994: The Nu-Lite hydraulic hinge was introduced for the first time in India.

- 980: An R&D unit with an anodizing plant for hard scratch-proof colour anodizing was established as per IS 1868 for door window fittings (unit II).
